I purchased my dream car in Kenosha Nissan with GAP COVERAGE which cost me over 3000 $. After exchanging my car for the newest one, I tried to cancel my gap coverage which I had never used. I went dire COVERAGE which cost me over 3000 $. After exchanging my car for the newest one, I tried to cancel my gap coverage which I had never used. I went directly to the Nissan store. I failed the cancelation form on February 4, 2023. I got informed that it should be processed in the longest six weeks and I will get some of my money back. As one month passed, I called AAGI - Ameican Auto Guardian, Inc, located in Arlington Heights, and was informed that THE CLAIM FAIL NEVER WAS CLAIMED. I called a few times, waiting for someone to be available. I am so disappointed; I will never recommend the place to somebody. If you spend money there, you are a good customer, but if you want your money back, you are not a person of interest and be ignored. I am happy that I switched and bought a beautiful hybrid AUDI with the best service on the planet. Joanna More
