When you talk to a customer as a Manager you should stand up introduce yourself and ask how I can help you while looking eye to eye. NOT sitting down staring at your computer and ask me if I called first to verify options. Total smug bad Attuide in full force from this guy. The Nex time I advise everybody call him directly on the phone and ask him to check to make sure ALL 100 OPTIONS ARE ON THE CAR ONE BY ONE. More
False advertising at its best! We drove 2 hours to purchase what was advertised as certified at $24,700. We spoke to a representative prior to making the drive there to verify price and financing at 2.9% as advertised. She confirmed. Once we arrive, they added an additional $2700 (for it being a certified vehicle) and $1700 ( for the ceramic coat). Nowhere on the listing does it say anything about there being an additional 5k being added to the price of the vehicle. That didn’t include taxes and state filing fees. Just wanting to charge extra for what was advertised as including. Don’t waste your time. More
If I could give them NO stars, I would! I took a test drive in a 2021 BMW M340i today. The vehicle was listed at $36,900. I gave it a brief inspection before driving, but it wasn't until I took a test drive in a 2021 BMW M340i today. The vehicle was listed at $36,900. I gave it a brief inspection before driving, but it wasn't until after we returned that I noticed 3 of the 4 brake rotors had a substantial wear lip around the outside edge which is indicative of the need to replace the rotors. (BMW says to replace them every 30-70k miles, and this vehicle was just over 70k miles.) Those rotors could've failed at any time because of their inability to be gripped properly by the brake pads. I was permitted to drive said vehicle in excess of the speed limit, without any actual notification from the salesmen that there could be a safety issue. When I brought the issue to their attention and asked them to reduce the price by $1,500 (which I'm told is a reasonable amount to replace them) the salesman actually tried to convince me that the rotors were fine, and that the car had new brake pads so it was just fine. (xxxxxxxx) Then, up until they came to me with a sales contract, I was led to believe I would be financing the purchase through my credit union. In the price breakdown given to me by their salesmen, the negative equity from my trade-in was included in the total cost of the bmw. This is when they told me I could ONLY finance the car through their lenders, and they were refusing my cash offer (via my credit union) for the vehicle. Between their nonsense, and the upcharges (one of which was called 'Certified Plus', and supposedly that means its BMW certified), they thought they were going to fleece me for over $44,000! Total sleeze-bag operation. Their reddit troll of a general manager-Chris Hendrickson, harassed me over email when I said I was going to report them to the state DOT. Their sales manager Rob Garcia attempted to paint something I said in email as a criminal threat, which prompted the Mr.Hendrickson to say I was banned from the property and they were filing a complaint with the police. 😆 But then he continued to email me making snide comments and acting like I couldn't do the math they were trying to slide under my nose. Total scammers. I'm still laughing about these idiots, because they really do believe their own lies, even when you sit down in front of them and spell out exactly how deceptive they're trying to be. Don't waste your money at this dealership. Ever. Ever. EVER. More

We looked into shipping the car to Boston, where I live, and received many quotes that were more than reasonable. We also looked into flights and hotels in the Chicago/Kenosha area in case we wanted to take a road trip and drive our newly purchased car back from this dealer. They do not negotiate so we settled on a car and asked for them to send us a "proposal." The car price was below $30K but they tacked on fees, "Audi battery inspection" which ran $1400, interior treatment which ran another $1200 (ebay sells the same treatment for $50), government fees, dealer fees, service agreement and so forth that totaled another $10K. I asked them about the battery inspection, and the service agreement and received no reply. I then told them that I wanted none of the treatments and only wanted to know the necessary fees. They replied that the car was sold, but there was another Etron available that was more expensive. Asked them to send me a proposal on the second Etron without all the nonsense fees. A couple days later, one of the sales managers wrote me to say that car is also sold. A day later, I received a notification that this car's price had dropped. Clearly it did not sell and the price was advertised as having dropped $500. I called back and asked about it. Was told it was available. So I again told them to send me a proposal because I wanted to put down a $1500 deposit. I never heard from them again despite the car still appearing on Cars.com as being available for sale. Bait and switch, $10K upcharge for unknown, sleazy options and fees, lies about cars having been sold, unwillingness to answer questions about where my money would be going, and so forth. Just a shoddy, dishonest dealer. We did end up purchasing an Audi Etron with 12K miles on it and 11 months of new car warranty. Paid a couple thousand more but we got it stress-free and were treated like valued human beings from the Audi dealer from whom we made the purchase. Stay away from this shoddy, dishonest dealer. Total waste of time. Nissan as a carmaker had turned into a joke with shoddy products and illegal business practices. This dealer has taken its cues well from its parent, failing conglomerate. More
