He would not let me go without letting me know how everything in the van worked. He kept calling to ask how things are going with my new ride. Went to Carmax but kept going back to this dealership because of the great experience I had with the this salesman, Larry Newman the manager and Frank Flewelling. Great People! I came to this dealership with the intention of purchasing my daughter's first car, we were not disappointed. He tried very hard to find a car that was perfect for her, and he was not being a pushy salesmen either, he was the kindest person and he ended up finding a really nice 2008 Nissan Altima 2.5S. My daughter was thrilled and instantly loved the car. There were a couple of little things I wasn't comfortable with. When we were checking out a demo car it presented us with warnings and would not perform correctly. When we pointed this out to the service department they said they thought it had been fixed. Obviously wasn't. Also when we had completed the purchase of the new car the technician stripped the screw while putting on the license plate. This added a small amount of time to the process but you would think putting on a license plate was pretty simple stuff. So make sure the little things are cared for before you drive off and you'll be a happy buyer. More
