I was Told I would leave with a full tank of gas. I did not. I was told that the warranty would carry over and then sold another because it didn’t. I called the next day to ask finance if they could give not. I was told that the warranty would carry over and then sold another because it didn’t. I called the next day to ask finance if they could give me documents that showed my license plate transfer. I needed registration to drive uber. I was told rather rudely that I just had to wait for papers in mail 10 days. Nothing he could do. said if I lived in Illinois no problem but he couldn’t help me in Wi. Next day I went to Uber office and they were able to help me no problem. Not very happy More

Great customer service I have come to know service agent Alex Chladil through several service issues with my Nissan Juke. In my opinion, Ken went above and beyond what was necessary and I am extremely satisfied. In fact, because of his taking care of me, it is going to result in my purchasing a car from this dealership. One of the worst car buying experiences I have had. Briana in the Internet Department was one of the few great things about this dealership along with the new General Manager, although I don't recall Briana in the Internet Department was one of the few great things about this dealership along with the new General Manager, although I don't recall his name. I received zero information from my sales person about the vehicle I was buying - nothing. Talk about an awkward test drive - should have just let me drive it by myself. Negotiations with the Sales Manager were the worst I have been through. It ultimately ended up with several back and forths over what turned out to be just a $400 difference, so don't expect much wiggle room on price or trade. Worst part is he couldn't even deal with me face-to-face, he had to keep sending several people to talk to me. Definitely reminded me of the old school sleazy way car dealerships used to be. The car buying experience has changed guys, get with the program. The Finance Manager was able to get me a better rate than what I walked in with as a pre-approval from my bank which is good, but other than that, he covered absolutely nothing with me about what I was signing. He just said sign here, initial here, etc. Granted,I think he was being respectful of my time which I appreciate, but singing financial documents for that amount of money shouldn't be rushed. Also watch out for the $400 fee that they add to every vehicle. I never got a clear explanation as to what that was, one person said it had to do with theft and some sort of ID code that was etched on to various parts of the car, while another said it was some type of insurance. I should have pushed back more on this but was so irritated at this point that I just wanted to leave. In retrospect, you shouldn't have to pay for something that the dealer "puts on every car". That was their choice and I didn't want it nor will I ever probably use it. If you guys want to make this part right and earn back a little trust, refund me that $400. - Adam W. - Infiniti bought on 2/1/2020. More
Ken Bosshart is very knowledgeable, very considerate and easy to work with. he knew what was wrong with my car when I called to let him know what my issues were.
