I recently leased my vehicle. Upon leasing I noticed some body damage. I worked with my sales person to get my car in to get fixed as well as a thorough detail. As when it was given to me I had dried leaves in my glove box, no satellite service and the detail was the best I could get based on staffing needs. Well I went over the body work with collision (great). We spoke about the detailing and specially pointed out the dried leaves in my glovebox. Picked up my car, LEAVES IN GLOVEBOX. The detail from then beginning have never been showroom ready. It’s a darn shame that I continue to have this experience on something that should be so simple. I’m not sure where the communication and standard is lacking but clearly there is something missing More

To have the computer reset costed $200 & that wasnt covered dont seem worth it for no work being done. My warranty ststs that I have to bring it there for repairs.
