Free inspection I took my truck in for a state inspection, and oil change, was told it needed new front brakes, and rotors, also 3- lightbulbs, price for parts and la I took my truck in for a state inspection, and oil change, was told it needed new front brakes, and rotors, also 3- lightbulbs, price for parts and labor $711.00, did the job myself using highest quality parts I could buy for $300.00 took me 1 1/2 hours , Now I understand Kenny Ross needs to make some money but $411.00 labor that’s a little outrageous, I’ve purchased 2- new vehicles there and spent over $75,000.00 they probably lost a good customer More
Routine Just a routine oil change, nothing major this time. They really can’t mess that up. But last time when I needed electrical work done it was a fiasco. I still have not gotten over the poor service and lack of communication. I just go there for the oil change because I already pre-paid for it when I bought the car. More

Terrible work Took my car in to get fixed after a fender bender. While doing work on the bumper they ended up breaking the head lights. With what they were doing to it, it’s understandable that it happens sometimes, but they ended up charging my insurance for the damage that they did. Then they called me the day it was supposed to be due and pushed my ready day back a few days, which I understood cause it could sometimes take longer than expected. Things happen. I get it on a Friday right before they close for the weekend with a “lifetime warranty” and guess what happens when I get it home? The passenger side fender liner falls off. Of course I can’t take it back in until Monday because they are closed on the weekends. When I take it in Monday and try to use the “lifetime warranty” they accuse me of driving recklessly and that it ripped out cause I supposedly scrapped the bottom of the bumper on a parking bumper. Which didn’t happen cause I only drove it from Kenny Ross to my house (on street parking). Their parking lot is full of pot holes and dips so I don’t have any doubt in my mind when they drove it from the lower lot to the upper lot for the complimentary wash that they scraped it. Finally after getting my insurance involved, Kenny Ross re-did it and my insurance had to take the hit paying for the parts again while Kenny Ross covered the labor. They re-did it in March and now in the middle of the turnpike going from Philadelphia to Pittsburgh suddenly half of my driver side fender liner came off and once again they are trying to blame me for scraping it and reckless driving. What parking bumpers would I have scraped it off of in the middle of the PA turnpike? And refuse to honor their “lifetime warranty”. So in short, their “lifetime warranty” isn’t worth the paper it written on and is just false advertising. I work in retail and would be fired on the spot if I ever accused a customer returning a damaged product of doing the damage and refusing the return/replacement. Horrible business! I’ll for sure be telling everyone that I know not to ever go to Kenny Ross to avoid their horrible service, work, and attitude. More

State inspection Brought the car in for a state inspection and not only did they complete that cheaper than I was expecting, but they also took care of a recall issue Brought the car in for a state inspection and not only did they complete that cheaper than I was expecting, but they also took care of a recall issue that I had been putting off and still finished everything before I got off work so was able to pick the car up on my way home. Matt kept me informed of all the work needed and offered choices to hold down the cost as well as a time estimate on when it could be completed. Would definitely go back for service in the future. Thanks Nate Reale I was not pleased with the service. .I was scheduled for an oil change and tire rotation. My wife was there 2 hours and forty minutes. When I go I was not pleased with the service. .I was scheduled for an oil change and tire rotation. My wife was there 2 hours and forty minutes. When I got home and checked things out I noticed that the tires had not been rotated and the oil life meter was not reset. I called and I spoke with Nate. He told me to bring the truck back and he would give me a loaner for the night while the repairs were fixed. When I got there I met Nate and he said if we had time the repairs would be fixed immediately. We took a loaner to dinner and when we returned the vehicle was ready. I changed my service from Woltz and Wind because of similar errors. However, I was not treated the same. That's why I switched to Kenny Ross and thought immediately here we go again. Nate made the difference. He did apologize for the 2 1/2 hour wait and the service not being completed, but as far as I'm concerned, Nate went above that. He saw to it that the truck was fixed and handled the whole situation very professionally. He also, for our troubles, insisted on buying our dinner. That's the kind of service expect from a dealership. Nate is the reason I will choose Kenny Ross from here on out. Thanks Nate Sincerely, Bill Deeds More
