3rd or so time my 2019 Expedition was in for service. This time was a $200 diagnostic fee to find that the problem wasn’t covered by my extended warranty. Last time it was in for transmission issue and t This time was a $200 diagnostic fee to find that the problem wasn’t covered by my extended warranty. Last time it was in for transmission issue and the tech said he wasn’t able to take my vehicle onto the highway to replicate the problem. My description of the transmission issue which is known to FORD was that at highway speeds and acclerating while charging lanes the gears would grind requiring me to put the vehicle into neutral. Probably won’t be back. More
