Initially, my visit didn't start off as planned. My car was misdiagnosed with having a bad water pump. I choose to replace it myself and after the repair my car was still making a horrific noise from the engine compartment. I choose to have it towed back to the dealership to be looked at again. It was diagnosed as having a bad flywheel. This is unfortunate because the engine on this car was replaced about 3 years ago and I put about 40,000 miles on it since then. Fortunately, the service manager was helpful in taking care of the problem and discounting the service for all of the inconvenience that was experienced. Plus included a rental vehicle. I received the car last Friday and all is well so far. More

I had an appointment to have a 20k-mile service done on my Explorer (the works $79.95 special). They did this but then they also did some additional work without asking me (cabin air filter replacement) my Explorer (the works $79.95 special).
