By far, Ms. Rockey has been the epitome of what a professional adviser should be for the client, keeping them up to speed on the process and anticipated timelines of the mechanics in the shop, making suggestions, answering questions, and most importantly, keeping the client advised throughout the process. I would certainly use her as a mentor / coach for new aspiring advisers. Kenny Ross Ford South is lucky to have her on staff. More

I had some transmission issues that I had to have addressed at Kenny Ross with Keagan as my service Rep. I had to communicate with Keagan many times to arrange the complex diagnosis, warranty and ren addressed at Kenny Ross with Keagan as my service Rep. I had to communicate with Keagan many times to arrange the complex diagnosis, warranty and rental car logistics. Keagan was very responsive and professional with all of my (many) questions and concerns regarding the service of my vehicle and warranty. I especially liked the ability to text him back and forth as I am not always able to be on the phone and it makes our conversations easier to remember. It makes the dealer service much easier when you have the ability to easily communicate with the dealer, especially if you have a responsive person like Keagan on the other end. More
