They were very flexible and able to fit me in for a product recall within a week of encountering issues. Communication with the work that needed done on my car as well as a full inspection was greatly product recall within a week of encountering issues. They took an extra step to verify all other parts and function of my car were working and fixed the recall from Ford free of charge.
