I did a lot of research before I decided to purchase the Ford Edge. I finally decided on the 2011 SEL with 201A package. I shopped around and got an idea of the price I wanted. George did a good job. He was straight-forward, not a lot of BS, I liked that. Kenny Ross offered life time inspection and power train warrantee which was a nice perk. I'd like the idea of them trying to get all my service work as well. I might pay a little more, but I like the fact that they know what they are doing with my Edge and will have a history. It takes the guess work out of service for me. Overall, Kenny Ross was responsive, friendly and they were trying to sell me a vehicle not make a boatload of money. I feel comfortable with them. The sales price was great, the trade in was more than fair, and although I had found my own financing ahead of time your finance department chipped in and saved me a couple bucks a month on my payment so I went with their plan.
