The vehicle is currently at our sister store (Kenny Ross Ford) being repaired to the customers satisfaction.

I spoke with the General Manager at our sister store where the vehicle is being repaired, the customer is currently in a loaner vehicle and on vacation. When he returns his vehicle should be completed. Our goal is to make this customer 100% satisfied.
