I can honestly say I wouldn't have bought a Ford if it weren't for Ryan. I had decided earlier that day that I was set on the Mazda, but figured I'd make a really quick run-through in Kenny Ross on my it weren't for Ryan. I had decided earlier that day that I was set on the Mazda, but figured I'd make a really quick run-through in Kenny Ross on my way there--just to do my due diligence. I had already been in another Ford dealership earlier that week, and the car I wanted was out of my price range. So I didn't have high hopes. As I walked in to Kenny Ross, Ryan was immediately friendly and looked me in the eye (which is a lot more than most dealerships did for me as a clear first-time car buyer) as he asked what I was looking for. I wanted a base model--which they didn't have--but Ryan found a way to get me the upgraded model at the price that I was looking for. He drove an hour away (in each direction) to get the car the same day, and couldn't have been more unbelievably helpful. It's the first car I've ever bought, and Ryan helped make the buying process seamless and, dare I say, enjoyable. I don't plan on getting a new car anytime soon, but when I do, I will 100% be hoping Ryan is still at Kenny Ross so that I can get it with him. More

I started my search for a new (to me) car online. I knew I wanted a Ford Fusion, I had done my homework on they type of car I wanted so I just had to find the one I was looking for, and I did at Kenny Ross. I inquired about a Fusion on the lot at Kenny Ross and my inquiry was handled by David Liebro. But after my initial inquiry I started to hesitate because I wasn't sure I would be able to get the financing I needed. But David was persistent, not enough to be a pain but just enough to keep me thinking. I am in sales and I have to say, he got the balance of staying in touch without being annoying perfectly. Finally I decided to go look at the car and was treated wonderfully from day one. Brian Creighan got involved when we started the financing and he was just so kind and helpful. The day I purchased the car, I was at the dealership for a few hours (several people had decided to buy cars at the same time as me), which I would typically be very unhappy about, but both David and Brian were great at keeping me entertained. I didn't even mind being there and waiting. I just felt like they both bent over backwards to help me get into the vehicle I wanted, and their follow up after my purchase was great as well. I have told so many people already and have recommended Kenny Ross Ford South, and David and Brian in particular to anyone who will listen. Not to mention the Ford Fusion...I love my new car and guarantee it will not be the last car I buy from Kenny Ross. More

This was my first car buying experience with a dealership and I feel fortunate it was with Kenny Ross Ford South. I was looking for a truck for the last 4 months and one night I found a listing for a Used F- and I feel fortunate it was with Kenny Ross Ford South. I was looking for a truck for the last 4 months and one night I found a listing for a Used F-150 that matched the price I was looking for and had the features I wanted. After submitting an email I was followed up promptly with a call the next morning and felt like they really cared about my interest. I stopped in that afternoon to check out the truck with Jarret and he was helpful to the max. Very kind and walked over the features with me, rode along for the test drive and genuinely seemed to care about my experience with the truck and experience overall with the dealership. Every step of the process was painless and Jarrett was awesome at going over details with me and any talking points. They helped me every step of the way, exactly how i was hoping my first purchase would go and I couldn't be anymore grateful! If your looking to buy from a dealership that wants to help you make the right purchase and not give you any crazy run around with pricing and paper work, this is the place to go. More
If it was not for Mark, Joanne and Jarrod I would have given a 1(very bad) on all of the above. And the only reason I would recommend the dealership to someone else is because I have chosen to believe tha given a 1(very bad) on all of the above. And the only reason I would recommend the dealership to someone else is because I have chosen to believe that my experience was because of one person not Kenny Ross Ford Self in its entirety. Unless you plan on buying a car outright and having no questions DO NOT let Drew help you with a car. He ignored my questions, talked to me like we were ex girlfriend and boyfriend, and did nothing to help me with my problem. He did not even tell the sales manager what was going on. To make a long story short there was a discrepancy in what I thought was happening with mailing information to my co-signer and what they actually did. Which was not an issue in and of itself because I knew it would take time, but being ignored when asking why it was taking so long and treated like it should be no big deal was an issue. At one point Drew actually rolled his eyes at me and told me, "we'll hook you up with a full tank of gas". When I DEMANDED for the third time to talk to someone else; he finally got up and went to get Jarrod. Jarrod was kind, explained things, looked into the issue by calling UPS, and was appologetic and understood how I felt and why.After being ignored, parinated, and mocked by Drew, Jarrod made me believe that Kenny Ross South was a reputable/professional dealership again. He accomidated my needs and was helpful through the rest of the process. Mark was who took over when I came to claim the car (I met him when I walked in the first time and should have stayed with him instead of going with who I made the appointment with). When i was there beyond upset at how Drew had regarded me he bought me a soda and helped make me feel comfortable with the dealership after losing faith. Mark was professional and helpful in what was probably the easiest part of the process. I would recommend Mark to anyone as the sales person of choice. My experience was probably one in a million because it did take some extra work with the mailing situation. However, it is still an example of Drew's unprofessional behavior and inability to do what was necessary to secure his sale. Therefore, my recommendation is that if you want someone who will take responsibility and not blame everyone else for a situation, as well as answer your questions no matter how many you have or how many time you call, DO NOT GO THROUGH DREW. Learn for my experience. Hopefully Kenny Ross, who is known for caring about their good name, will get rid of hm sooner or later for running thier name through the mud.
