Fantastic People at Kenny Ross Ford South My car broke down as I was driving to put a bid on a house. As you may know, the car buying process can be very lengthy but I only had 2 hours to spa My car broke down as I was driving to put a bid on a house. Horrible Service TWICE! Went to the to dealership on 6/14 & 6/17, I was looking for a very nice salesman that helped me last month. After standing in the showroom for 20 minu Went to the to dealership on 6/14 & 6/17, I was looking for a very nice salesman that helped me last month. After standing in the showroom for 20 minutes, someone finally came over to greet me. When I asked for the salesman I was previously working with, I got an instant attitude, was told my salesman was on vacation and he walked away from me while I tried to ask when my salesman would be back. On the 17th I didn't really want to go back but my original salesman was so great and so helpful that I didn't want to fault him for someone else's ignorance. When I got to the store the rude salesman rolled his eyes at me, walked over and says, "Didn't I just tell you he was on vacation!" I was so disgusted that I just walked away. I called in yesterday to look for my salesman only to find out that he'd been let go! Really, he was let go! It's a real shame that this is how this store is run. You get rid of a great employee but the rude ones are still there. I will never return to that or any other Kenny Ross store. I will be looking for that salesman that originally helped me. More
