From the first time I walked onto the lot at Kenny Ross Ford South, salesman Rocky Bodzer wanted to help me with my questions about a 2012 F150. After talking to Rocky I realized that ordering a truck was Ford South, salesman Rocky Bodzer wanted to help me with my questions about a 2012 F150. After talking to Rocky I realized that ordering a truck was my best option because of the options that I wanted on the truck. I negotiated with Rocky and the help of Chris Poliziani the Sales Manager to get what I thought was a very fair deal for the new truck and the trade. After the new truck arrived I went to the dealership to take delivery of the 2012 F150 I had ordered. The whole process from negotiating a price, ordering and then financing was great. Chris made sure that I received all of the incentives and coupons that were available. Rocky called me at home a couple of days later just to make sure that I didn’t have any problems and also sent me a thank you letter in the mail.
