My first visit was today. I can’t say enough good things about the Kenny Ross team. I had a great experience buying my car from the Subaru dealership last summer and this was my first maintenance visit to this location. It was easy to schedule, they followed up to confirm and remind me. Upon arrival you pull up, leave the keys then check in. They communicated throughout the service process and sent me a video with all the specifics. They even washed my car! Car servicing is a necessity that can be a bother but they made the whole process pleasant. Thanks to the entire team! More
