I came in for scheduled maintenance. The whole process is very organized and the same person that checked me in was who I worked with until I left. I recently found myself unexpectedly car shopping after I was in an accident that totaled my car. We all know that car shopping can be a bit tedious, and with the added stress of insurance claims it can be m was in an accident that totaled my car. However, Kendall Subaru and specifically Pascal and crew knocked it out of the park. They made the process so smooth and were so kind and understanding of the unfortunate situation. I was in for an oil change on my Forester and I even got to meet the Manager of the entire dealership. He was working that day and helping out in the service department. He took time to sit with me and expl to meet the Manager of the entire dealership. He was working that day and helping out in the service department. He took time to sit with me and explain some of his goals for the dealership. He talked with me for about 10 minutes and also did follow up with my car to make sure the battery condition was ok. He talked with the technicians who worked on my car and he personally came to let me know that my car was ready. I felt very valued this day as a customer. More
