I was in for an oil change on my Forester and I even got to meet the Manager of the entire dealership. He was working that day and helping out in the service department. He talked with the technicians who worked on my car and he personally came to let me know that my car was ready. I felt very valued this day as a customer. More

We had specific items we were looking for on a Crosstrek. David Jennings of Kendall Subaru Marysville was the only dealership who reached out to us. Although they didn’t have a specific color they did offer to order, however they have a vehicle with the options we were looking for and were able to order some add ons for us as well to be installed for pick up. The staff here are friendly, competent and go the extra mile. Our first service appointment was set up before leaving. The manager came out and introduced himself. Our salesman David was outstanding. We live 4 hours away and I would drive the distance again for the quality of service we’ve received from this dealership. This was our 4th Subaru to purchase and this was the best Subaru purchase experience I’ve had. More

I had been having my 2011 Outback serviced by Kendal Subaru for several years and really liked them. I recently traded by 2011 for a 2025 Outback Touring XT after driving one of their loaners for a few Subaru for several years and really liked them. I recently traded by 2011 for a 2025 Outback Touring XT after driving one of their loaners for a few days and was very impressed. So I purchased a 2025 Outback from them and it was a smooth transaction working with David Jenson. The follow-up after I took possesion was fantastic - Mason came to my home and explained how everything worked - TWICE- wow, so my wife and I understood how everything works. This is the fourth car we have purchased from Kendall and our twelve Subaru altogether. Very nice and laid back experience. Unfortunately, further north from Bothell than the Marysville location, I would hav our twelve Subaru altogether. Very nice and laid back experience. Unfortunately, further north from Bothell than the Marysville location, I would have liked a little bigger trade in on my 2019 Ascent with only 33K miles. I will definitely recommend this dealership to family and friends. A small point of contention is not with Kendall but with Subaru. They now want a six month or six thousand mile oil change interval (which ever comes first). I have researched synthetics and the latest consensus is 10 to 15K miles and no longer than a year. The six month metric is not only wasteful but a financial burden. I am lucky to put six thousand miles on in a year. C,mon Subaru, wake up. More
