I asked the reception Megan to let me chat with the Manager and she refused. I eventually had to call Sales Department connect me with a service agent which they did. I finally got ti speak with Pete and answered my questions and concerns, This was an extremely bad experience and could have been fixed swiftly but instead received nothing but childish games. Please fix this. More
Oil everywhere: I took my 2017 Subaru legacy to the dealership since that’s where you go when you need things done right the first time. At least that’s what I thought when I took my car in to get some dealership since that’s where you go when you need things done right the first time. At least that’s what I thought when I took my car in to get some services done on Tuesday. One of the services included resealing the oil pan due to a leak that was found. The cars repairs and services were done by Thursday, and I drove back to get my car and get ready to head back to pullman and prepare for my classes and work. I arrived home and parked the car after running some errands for the day. Woke up and got ready to head out Friday back on a five-hour drive through Snoqualmie pass all the way across the state to pullman. I was heading to get gas and passed by to say my goodbyes to some family friends and after I was just about to head out, I was told to check the car since they found a puddle of oil where my car was parked, my father also called me shortly afterwards to check the car. I initially thought to myself that it couldn’t be since I had just gotten the car inspected and had the oil leak taken care of by the Kendall Subaru dealership. Got under the car and to my surprise The whole cover/skid plate was covered in oil and was able to see that the oil leaking. I got into the engine bay and the oil level was below three quarters of what it should have been since they had to change the oil after they repaired the lower oil pan less than a day before. Had to call a tow truck to pick up the car and have it dropped off back at the dealership right before I was set to leave. With no definitive answer and not even a notification that the car had arrived and was in their possession I didn’t know when I would be able to head back home. I got a call in the morning and explained what I had seen, they told me that they probably wouldn’t be able to work on it due to not having the technicians to work on it. I took my car to them expecting to head home and get ready to present myself to work at my research lab first thing in the morning, attend my classes, and present a seminar presentation to a class. All of which now has to be canceled, rescheduled and made up if I’m even allowed to. Not only that but even in the best case scenario of having it ready by Monday afternoon, I’ll also still have to take extra time out of my schedule to ensure that another issue like this one doesn’t happen again since I don’t want to risk being left stranded out in the middle of nowhere on the way to Pullman where there might not be cellular reception to call a tow and help if needed. If I would have left first thing early morning who knows if I would have even made it over the pass or if the car would have broken down on me while I drove back home. Sure, it was ready but now I had to deal with being told that they don’t have technicians to work on it, that they cant work on it till Monday, that they outright can’t do anything. You would assume if a “professional” job is done on your car that it should be to the best of their abilities. Even in the case that the work is done bad or fails you would also assume that it would be top priority since it was their mess up and you had already paid, in what world isn’t that combined with it leaking and having to get towed not a priority. You already determined it was a big enough issue that rendered the car not safe to drive and had me call a tow truck to take it to you. Yeah, they give a one-year warranty, but it only lasted less than a day before I had to get the car towed back to the dealership. I also have a multiple oil stain on my driveway because of the work they did that I'll have to pay to get washed off. I would have been better off not doing the “recommended” repair. More

Car buying experience should not take 5 hours when you walk in and say I want to buy 'the'car and no financing. Car is sold, write it up and say good bye. The car itself is what I wanted but brochure sa walk in and say I want to buy 'the'car and no financing. Car is sold, write it up and say good bye. The car itself is what I wanted but brochure says it had AM/FM/CD player (No CD), and 10 way power adjustable driver seat (NOT). Both these items were wanted as they were listed in the Forester brochure. Very misleading! More
Excellent customer service, great pricing, and location. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking. Also, they serve free drinks and snacks while you are having your car serviced.
