Our first time at Kendall Auto of Fairbanks we were welcomed with smiles and felt at ease during our first visit. We did end up purchasing a vehicle in which we are more than satisfied with and have been grateful for all of the customer care that we received. The price wasn't any better or worse then the competition around Fairbanks but the vehicles that were at the dealership all were taken better care of then other places that we looked at. We were looking for a dependable used car that was already prepared for the extreme cold of a Fairbanks winter. The names Toyota and Honda were high on our list of dependable cars so we visited Kendal already prepared for the extreme cold of a Fairbanks winter. The names Toyota and Honda were high on our list of dependable cars so we visited Kendall's website. There was a 2003 Toyota Corolla on the site that seemed to especially fit our needs. We called the dealership and spoke to Malen who confirmed the vehicle was in stock. Later that day we test drove the car and it was exactly what we needed except for an ergonomics issue on the driver's side arm rest that made my wife's shoulder hurt after having surgery performed on her neck. Malen was able to find a solution by reducing the height of the driver's side door armrest and that sealed the deal for us.
