After researching ther site online, I choose to go see a 2009 Subaru Forester in person, and give it a test drive. As soon as he was free Malen came and assisted me with the vehicle, took my information and allowed me to test drive it. It ran great as advertised, and everything seemed to be in order. I asked for a quote on my trade in and what kind of rates they were offering for financing. He quickly took my information and started the assessment process for my vehicle. From start to finish it took quite a while however, having plenty of matchbox Priuses and a Scion for my son to play with time went by realitivity quickly and uneventfully. Finally recieving an acceptable price for my trade in and a great finance rate, the paperwork was finalized, and I walked out a happy customer. More

Our first time at Kendall Auto of Fairbanks we were welcomed with smiles and felt at ease during our first visit. We did not feel pressured once to make a purchase at all but we were still given the customer satisfaction that anyone deserves. We did end up purchasing a vehicle in which we are more than satisfied with and have been grateful for all of the customer care that we received. The price wasn't any better or worse then the competition around Fairbanks but the vehicles that were at the dealership all were taken better care of then other places that we looked at.
