I trust Subaru for doing the services on my car. My extended warranty is over and I’m expecting that when something major repairs happen , service due will be expensive.. That is why I bring back my car when my car is due for an oil changed and other minor services because as I was told that this will help major expensive repairs and my car will last for awhile . And I’m thankful of that. More
I’ve never owned a Subaru or used this dealership before I bought my car. I’m a hard sell but, Kenneth in sales was kind and not pushy and I ended up buying one. I’ve had to bring it in for a couple minor I bought my car. I’m a hard sell but, Kenneth in sales was kind and not pushy and I ended up buying one. I’ve had to bring it in for a couple minor issues and David in service was super helpful. He knows the vehicle and told me about a few features I didn’t know I had. I never thought I’ve ever say this about a dealership but, it’s a pleasure doing business with them! More
2/6/2022 Fifteen words is not enough to tell you how I really feel about this dealership. I will never have anything nice to say about them. I spoke to her 3 weeks ago and she said she would call me back after speaking to her employees. Don’t hold your breathe. 1/15/2022 My rant for today!! Kendall Auto SUCKS. I will NEVER purchase or refer anyone to their business. We waited a week to see a vehicle coming from Anchorage. It arrived Thursday night. We went to the dealership yesterday morning and was shown the vehicle. We really liked it but we could not test drive it until it went thru their maintence department. The sales rep said that could take two weeks. He told us two other people were interested in this vehicle and said a lot of people buy vehicles right away, before it goes into maintenance. I told him we were interested in purchasing this vehicle but definitely wanted it to go thru maintenance first. What can we do? He told us we could put a deposit down to hold the vehicle and we told him we would go to the bank and come back with the deposit. We came back with the deposit and he wanted us to fill out s credit application with a Kendall. I told him we were already approved for a vehicle loan thru our bank. Unfortunately I didn’t have the letter with me. I had it with me earlier, but left my paperwork at home because I didn’t think I needed it anymore. He asked me to send him a copy of the letter when I got home and that would hold the vehicle. We asked about the deposit we had with us and he said we could bring it back in the morning. I sent him our letter for the bank loan and called him to make sure he received it. He said he did and that would hold the vehicle. SO I called and left a message to let him know we would be there within the hour to put down the deposit. He called me back right away and said that was fine. About five minutes later he called me back to tell me that the vehicle was sold. He said that after he and his manager left last night, another manager sold it. I asked him how that could happen. He couldn’t explain anything. I told him I thought that was a bunch of xxxxxxxx and I will never refer anyone to their business and I will never have anything nice to say about them. I would also like to share that we left the dealership late in the evening. The sales person was really aggressive and made me feel like I had to buy it right away. But when he told us the bank letter would hold the vehicle, we thought that was okay. He told us his manager said not to take the deposit until they got the bank letter and we could bring the deposit back the next day. We had already been back and forth there three times yesterday. He also said the price he quoted was not correct and that it would be an additionsl $400 because it only came with one key and they have to sell the vehicles with two keys. We asked him to take that off the price and we would deal with that later. We left thinking they were holding that vehicle for us. What a bunch of xxxxxxxx they are! I forgot to say that when we told him we would put the deposit down, but had to go to the bank because I only had $400 cash on me, he said “do you want to use your debit card or credit card?” We said no, we will go get cash and come right back. More
I can not say enough about this group of sales people. I tried another dealership in town but they were too busy doing other things to help me.
