Every time we were treated very friendly, given lots of time and attention and did not receive any pressure. After determining this was the car we wanted, I then asked for an internet quote. I received it the very next day. Our negotiation from there forward was very open, upfront (no hidden numbers) and no pressure. We have been to Kendall Lexus twice now and our experience both times has been top rate. The scheduling for our service was right on time both times. The staff was friendly and very helpful.
