We were on vacation when the check engine light came on. We went into Kendall Lexus late on a Friday of a holiday weekend. The car needed work and we were provided with a loaner so we could continue our vacation, since all reservations were already paid for. They were outstanding.
Chad was great to work with! Kendall did the right thing. They have restored my trust.
I paid $1,500 for repairs on my LS and although it was a great running car when I brought it in, they damaged the starter leaving the car inoperable. They then had it towed to my house and won’t return my calls or explain what’s going on. I can’t imagine dealing with such incompetence and lack of communication at a Kia dealership, and Lexus claims to warranty any OEM parts they install. Unfortunately Kendall Lexus doesn’t seem concerned with the reputation of Lexus vehicles. I wouldn’t recommend having them change my oil. They might return it in pieces and take no responsibility.
After a test drive, we purchased our new RX 350h over the computer with Kendall Lexus and Neal and Camron. Camron informed us a vehicle that had all the features we wanted, would arrive in about 4-6 weeks. Neal and Camron were excellent with updates and communications as we were selling our car to a private buyer. This made timing and communications important to us, and both of these individuals were excellent! First car purchase out of town and we are very happy we chose Kendall Lexus of Eugene.
Waiting 5 months for key fob. Call them "You will have to call Lexus, we are just the dealership" "You signed a document that said you would get it in the summer, and so maybe you will get one in July" So warning if you buy a new car, insist on fob up front, better still , dont buy a Lexus.
I recently completed a survey for Kendall Lexus Eugene OR for service visit and I checked off the wrong box which Should have been all 5’s instead of 1’s can be corrected Thanks Trond Arnesen arnesen4@me.com
