I paid $1,500 for repairs on my LS and although it was a great running car when I brought it in, they damaged the starter leaving the car inoperable. I can’t imagine dealing with such incompetence and lack of communication at a Kia dealership, and Lexus claims to warranty any OEM parts they install. Unfortunately Kendall Lexus doesn’t seem concerned with the reputation of Lexus vehicles. I wouldn’t recommend having them change my oil. They might return it in pieces and take no responsibility. After a test drive, we purchased our new RX 350h over the computer with Kendall Lexus and Neal and Camron. Camron informed us a vehicle that had all the features we wanted, would arrive in about 4-6 weeks. computer with Kendall Lexus and Neal and Camron. Neal and Camron were excellent with updates and communications as we were selling our car to a private buyer. This made timing and communications important to us, and both of these individuals were excellent! First car purchase out of town and we are very happy we chose Kendall Lexus of Eugene. More
Waiting 5 months for key fob. Call them "You will have to call Lexus, we are just the dealership" "You signed a document that said you would get it in the summer, and so maybe yo Call them "You will have to call Lexus, we are just the dealership" "You signed a document that said you would get it in the summer, and so maybe you will get one in July" So warning if you buy a new car, insist on fob up front, better still , dont buy a Lexus. Kendall Lexus of Eugene has excellent customer service, even on something as small as the purchase of a water bottle! I went in to buy a Lexus water bottle for my Dad who owns a Lexus and is always drinkin even on something as small as the purchase of a water bottle! I went in to buy a Lexus water bottle for my Dad who owns a Lexus and is always drinking out of those horrible for the environment disposable ones. When I got there, the the gift shop area was closed. When I came back a second time and they were also closed, the sales people trusted me to take the water bottle and call to pay later. When I called to pay, the manager ended up comping it to me for my troubles. Great customer service! Thank you Kendall Lexus of Eugene! More

I've been in twice in the last two weeks and watched Becky handle a very difficult, unreasonable customer the first time and a challenging situation the second time.. They were handled professionally and with patience. I had a pleasant wait while my car was being serviced. Comfortable seating/lots of reading material/ TV /wide variety of drinks, fresh cookies and all in temporary accommodations while remodeling. Kudos to the hard working women in the service dept at Lexus of Eugene.!! More
Bad customer service Called to make an appointment for service on an automobile I bought from this dealership. Drive in from out of town (60+ miles away) only to be told it would be "a few hours" to complete a scheduled oil change as a part of the warranty I paid extra for. Thier reply is that they only have one technician working and he works on the cars in the order in which they come in. So WHAT THE HECK IS THE POINT OF AN APPOINTMENT TIME?! When I asked if I could have a loaner car I was denied because my car isn't a Lexus. I was then informed I could go across the street to the Toyota dealer to wait in their express lube line on a Saturday. While waiting in the waiting area I asked for the remote to watch TV, but the associate "had to" get cookies out first... Then when the TV is turned on I'm told there is only 3 channels to choose from and if that's OK, I said sure. Then she walks away with said remote, I guess I'm not trust worthy enough to use a remote on my own. I'm pissed! But feel stuck with no recourse. More
