This dealerships service department has a long standing reputation for NOT taking care of their customers. And they did exactly that to me. What they do when you ask to see your service writer or manager i reputation for NOT taking care of their customers. And they did exactly that to me. What they do when you ask to see your service writer or manager is, they tell you “ oh okay I will go get him for you”. Then they disappear for 30 minutes or so feeling that you will give up. I did not. My service writer finally appeared at his desk and acted as if he had never heard of me. He then plugged my truck onto the computer and told me what the problem was. All the time saying”But I’m not the expert so we really! won’t know until the technician plugs it in 6-8 business days!!!! This all so that I would get stuck paying for a rental vehicle for the 3 WEEKS that it took for them to come to the conclusion that no, it wasn’t that, it was this problem that had nothing to do with what I was told. So instead of being 6-8 business days it was 11 and every time I went to the dealership, my service writer was off that day and 2 days later when my vehicle was ready. As of the day after I got my vehicle back, I have a message on my screen that says”Does not support this device”. I have no idea. I’ve been in the vehicle with my phone, which it does support, and without my phone and I get the same message and as soon as I hit the X or OK button it comes back on. It is relentless. Next my washer pump now mysteriously doesn’t work. I can’t stand the thought of having to bring my vehicle back there but I don’t think I have a choice. More
