I brought my truck in because my truck wasn’t shutting off. There was a problem with the ignition switch, it wasn’t working. I dropped it off and was given a ride to my house and I was contacted an hour l off. There was a problem with the ignition switch, it wasn’t working. I feel like I was hustled. I questioned the service advisor why so much in labor and he stated that it takes time and that they had to do an “update” to the system. I did a quick search on youtube and it’s a job that is done in minutes and no system update required. I got screwed pretty much. You would think that in times like these people would be more generous. More

Our car was turned in on a Tuesday for diagnostics. We consistently called and texted to no avail for an update on the car but we never heard back or got any sort of response. We finally go to the dealer the following Tuesday because we were tired of waiting and we are give a RIDICULOUS quote for almost $8000. Since we hadn't heard back, we shopped around and everyone else was quoting $3000-5000. We ask to take the car and then there is a "miscellaneous charge" of $50 on the invoice, apart from the $300 we were initially told. This dealer is a joke! More
