Customer service is not helpful or patient, also Jose the service representative did not allow me to see what was wrong with vehicle, additionally he also refused to allow me to speak with mechanic. I did no service representative did not allow me to see what was wrong with vehicle, additionally he also refused to allow me to speak with mechanic. I did not trust Jose or the supposed issued mechanic said car had. Turns out the car had a much cheaper issue then what Jose had said. If I would have trusted Jose i would have lost several hundreds of dollars. Now I wonder if he knew all along or not since he was so quick to get rid of me as a customer. More

There was a lack of communication from Felipe and. When my vehicle was returned the painting was poorly done and had to be puffed. It is still not done right.
