About 2 months ago I bought a used 2022 Dodge Ram. The truck has been great however, I recently got a flat tire. I went to change the tire, I retrieved the tool kit and jack and found that the tool re The truck has been great however, I recently got a flat tire. I went to change the tire, I retrieved the tool kit and jack and found that the tool required to remove the lug cover was not included. I had to break it off to get to the lugs. Now that I had access to the lugs I tried to remove the lugs but the lug wrench included in the tool kit did not fit. To top all this off I found that one lug was missing. This truck was certified by the dealership but they clearly did not check the tires. This is unacceptable. A task I am very capable of completing I had to pay a tow truck company to do for me. I am very disappointed. More

Fidel provided us with poor customer service. He lacked professionalism. There was a lack of communication, updates, and clarification. We have never received this service at this location.
