went to do a service with agent Felipe Francisco where only half of the work was done. They returned my car on January 6 and they told me that the remaining parts would arrive in a week. After a terrible encounter at a different dealership Felipe and the Kendall staff assured me they could fix my truck. He told me to bring it right in even though it was 4PM. They had a loaner car for me Felipe and the Kendall staff assured me they could fix my truck. He told me to bring it right in even though it was 4PM. They had a loaner car for me and told me even though they were very busy they should have my truck some time next week. They kept me informed of the problem and fixed it.
