My 2011 Acadia although just having 90,000 miles on it was sounding more like a heavy duty truck when driving it. I brought it in and although it was costly, they took care of me and replaced the power s was sounding more like a heavy duty truck when driving it. They noticed that my tires were worn on the outside and were dangerous to drive so they shopped to get me the best deal on a new set of tires and did an alignment. My Acadia sounds and drives like a new car. Very happy! More

I brought my 2015 camaro in for a brake flush and a clunking noise. I dealt with Issac in the service dept and he was great. I forgot what day it was and brought the car a day earlier than scheduled... clunking noise. I dealt with Issac in the service dept and he was great. I forgot what day it was and brought the car a day earlier than scheduled...whoops. but Issac was cool and told me they had time then to take the car. So I got my car in a day earlier than scheduled. After they looked at the car, they found that the the transmission shop that rebuilt my transmission forgot to put 2 of the motor mount bolts back in after working on my car. They fixed it and said they didn't see any signs of damaged from the car driving around with missing motor mount bolts. Thank you for fixing this without raking me over the coals for money. They said it was a quick fix while they were flushing the brakes. Thank you guys for doing such a wonderful job and taking care of me. More

Have compliant in with GM as when buisness was Roy Robinson people were treated like people. Now that it has been taken over by a big corporation they don't care about consumers or employees.
