Went to have an exhaust manifold changed, turned into 3 month ordeal. Truck started leaking antifreeze right after I got it back the first time, took it back to them and then continued to lie to me about a month ordeal. Truck started leaking antifreeze right after I got it back the first time, took it back to them and then continued to lie to me about a hose from where it was leaking from, said “we didn’t even go back far enough and didn’t take the hose off.” Service rep then got an attitude with me and ended up speaking to the manager. He said they took the hose off the first time and should have replaced it instead of just putting it back on. Ended up have to pay 100$ on top of the 2200$ i spent the first time. More

The work was performed as asked without issue. Where my issue lies is that our contact with the dealership would never respond. Service center has terrible customer service. Been waiting since July for a repair part. I was told the part came in, but they then need another part. The part comes in, then the technician is out. Apparently since this is covered under the warranty they just don't care about fixing my car. I would call and get excuse after excuse. The service person would not call me or give me a straight answer. Even though I picked up my car it still isn't fixed. I was polite throughout this ordeal, I had expected honesty and decent service. I am so upset and mad. After Christmas I am taking my car in for the final time. Then I will never go to Ken Wilson Ford again. More
