Let me start off by saying I had never been to Ken Pollock on Mundy st. My experience here was bar far one of the best car buying experiences I have had like so far. If you have bought a car this year let me know if you can top that. Phill Pisano was a great sales person. I was not pressured into any xx or back led into a corner just so he can get his commissions like they do at motorworld. Bill Erwine the manager was super down to earth and straightforward and gave me what my car was worth plus more. You can’t beat that. Jack I believe and Monika the two finance people were even better. They kept working on my deal and even before I signed and got me a lower interest rate. Despite all that my credit was only ran twice or three times. I wills definitely recommend Ken Pollock to any and everyone looking to buy a car in the Northeast Area.
