As long as my husband and I reside in this area, we will never buy our vehicles from any dealer but Ken Houtz Chevrolet. When my husband purchased his Chevy Silverado 3500 HD, they did not have exactly what never buy our vehicles from any dealer but Ken Houtz Chevrolet. When my husband purchased his Chevy Silverado 3500 HD, they did not have exactly what he was looking for at the dealership. Ken Houtz and his staff went out of the way to find the vehicle that my husband was looking for and went all the way to MD to get it. The vehicle that I just purchased was also found for me by Ken Houtz and his staff. It is perfect; exactly what I was looking for. The entire dealership, to include the service staff, sales staff and office staff are always friendly and courteous. They all go out of their way to make sure that you are comfortable while you are there, and quite honestly it makes you feel like you are part of the family. I own a 2006 Cobalt. Everytime it rains water floods my I own a 2006 Cobalt. Everytime it rains water floods my driver side floor, it leaks in thro the door panel. They had my car (while I wa waiting there I own a 2006 Cobalt. Everytime it rains water floods my driver side floor, it leaks in thro the door panel. They had my car (while I wa waiting there) for 3.5 hours. They assured me I wouldn't be leaking anymore. well long story short, my car still leaks, in the process of the "repair" they broke the stripping along the inside of my door that costs $100 to replace and my power locks no longer work. I've tried relentlessly to get a refund which they said they sent but they didnt...not only that they are refusing to replace the piece they broke, Ken even said "oh well"..... I am very frustrated & dissappointed in Chevy and I will no longer be a loyal customer...I took my car to get it fixed & came out with two more problems. More
