My truck almost left me stranded on the highway. I got it to Casey Chevy in Newport News and they told me they couldn't even look at it for 3-4 days. I then called my preferred service dealer Ken Houtz where I've been going for almost 10 years and Mark said if I could get it to him, he'd have it looked at by the end of the day so that's what I did. I then was having trouble getting a ride home and Dave was so awesome and gave me ride home. Before I was able to leave the dealership Tyler had already looked at my truck and gave me recommendations in which I said go ahead. Friday, they had my truck back in service. I am a 58 year old man and have purchased many vehicles in my life. My wife and I just purchased a vehicle yesterday from Ken's business and it by far was the best car buying experience of my life! Tyler, our salesman was kind, knowledgeable and courteous. There was no pushy sales guy following us around or calling every other day asking if we had made a choice. We went in, spoke to Tyler and he said if we had any questions just catch his attention and he would be glad to help. We spent the next two weeks looking around at other places but it was crazy. My wife now has her new 4 runner she wanted and when I'm in need I'll be back! Tyler your my guy.

Had spoke to other dealers in other areas and just happened to stop in to look at a certain make. The dealer is totally no BS, just plain, clear, and really wanting to please the customer. Went overboard to please us, didn't have to "negotiate" loosing our time and theirs. Extremely professional and willing to help and answer any questions you may have. Forget the other dealers, shop here for sure!
