Being upfront and transparent about our needs and situation- Ricky stepped up and made it a smooth and comfortable process. Being the last ones in the store, we never felt rushed and we were able to walk away with the exact car we wanted. This morning I took the car to get detailed and EJ immediately took my keys and took care of the car, knowing that I was pressed for time. I then left my work phone in the car and Oscar from the detail team was honest and forthcoming and ensured delivery of the phone to me. Overall I would highly recommend Ricky and EJ to all my network. I would’ve provided a 5 star had the finance manager not made us feel rushed in the end. He flew through the paperwork and became short with my wife. I understand the process of wanting to go home but business is business. Other than that- it was great overall. More
