Car originally went into shop in first of January needing a new transmission for warranty work. Every 2 week I called for an update I was told still waiting to hear from warranty. Finally got it back in Apr a new transmission for warranty work. Every 2 week I called for an update I was told still waiting to hear from warranty. Finally got it back in April but I had to pay for labor. 1 week later was back in shop for another issue with the transmission it is now mid June and still no word from them on what is going on with my car. Is it them or the warranty? Terrible communication More

London is great, and is very attentive to customers. I do get a little frustrated with the lack of supplies/service from either VW South Towne or VW themselves. I’ve received 5-6 messages about the latest recall, but then you have no idea when you’ll have the supplies to do it. Also, my cruise control wants to turn itself off, there is a known problem, but no fix. How is that acceptable? Very frustrating and makes me doubt buying a VW product again in the future. More

I appreciate the attention to detail by the service center. I received a video of what was needed on my vehicle, a clear communication if I needed to pay or not.
