The Salt Lake Ken Garff is a Horrible Dealership and the Worst experience buying an Automobile I've ever had! They were slow keeping the Vehicle for a week after I paid for it. They were very dishonest about what they fixed as it was a used vehicle, as soon as I took it off the lot the Tire Pressure Sensor told me I had a Flat, the check engine light came on within a few miles of driving it and it had an Oil Leak i wasn't told about as the 1st night I parked it my Driveway had an Oil stain. They fought me constantly in getting these things taken care of and I had to pay $1092 to fix Oil leak. The Salesman was a bit deceptive calling me that another offer was in to take is as is before repairs and I told him to sell it as I want a working Vehicle and WOW a few hours later the sale fell through? The Finance Officer, Rossi, stated that she would take care of this and then just quit answering or returning calls which is when I got Chris, the Used Car Manager involved and he actually helped with the Tire Sensor and then slow rolled the Check Engine Light, even though he admitted that it was supposed to be sent out to fix the Check Engine and once I then called Corporate that was paid for leaving me the Oil Leak to pay for. Their Service Dept is Pathetic as they missed all this along with losing the good Key and giving me one that that didn't work and then telling me there wasn't enough Money in it to just "Give" me a Key that they LOST! First and Last time I'll ever deal with this Company as I've been treated very well by Larry Miller and Karl Malone. More
I actually was not happy when I brought my car in for a recall appointment. I was told I would not be given a loaner vehicle and was upset because this issue was an issue with Mercedes Benz. This was an i recall appointment. I was told I would not be given a loaner vehicle and was upset because this issue was an issue with Mercedes Benz. This was an inconvenience on me missing work. I then learned the issue would only take about an hour to fix, so I was ok with that. The staff and service personnel were fantastic. I would recommend this dealership to anyone wanting to buy or service their Mercedes Benz vehicle. More
