I have been very impressed with the professionalism of both Dillon Jones and Ken Garff Mercedes team. My automobile choice was not in stock and had to be a special order. The dealership was great! I went in the customer lounge for a few minutes and it was first class! Braiden Did an excellent job keeping me in the loop on what was going on with my car. Repairs ran into a small problem and getting my car back was delayed, but I knew every step of the way what was going what was going on with my car. Dillon (sales) and Rossi (F&I) gave me the best car purchasing experience I’ve ever had. They prepared for my appointment and had a selection of cars that met my checklist ready for my arrival. Failed to call me with updates. Lied about how long it would take just to get me in. I was clear about needing my car for a trip the following day.
