Great professional staff -Dillion and the salesman with a British accent ( I can't remember his name), Rossi in making the paperwork easy and speedy. All were helpful in every way from answering questions t British accent ( I can't remember his name), Rossi in making the paperwork easy and speedy. All were helpful in every way from answering questions to getting the sale finalized very quickly so we could leave on a cruise by 4pm. What a GREAT 70th birthday and 50th anniversary this Mercedes is!! The experience at Ken Garff was the icing on the (birthday) cake literally!! Thanks for a delightful experience for both me and my husband!! More

David, our sales consultant, was very responsive, professional, and competent. He went the extra mile to pick me up from the airport. Unfortunately, our paperwork was completed incorrectly by the "of professional, and competent. He went the extra mile to pick me up from the airport. Unfortunately, our paperwork was completed incorrectly by the "office" which caused nearly a 2 hour wait for the the paperwork to be redone. It was disappointing since I flew in from out of state and was on a time schedule. Even the "corrected" paperwork inaccurately assessed the taxes, which we are addressing after the fact. Sadly, we were promised efficient and fast transaction service which was not met. Dave deserves 5 stars. More
