Gardner and Carson are very professional and really worked hard to meet expectations and beyond. I come from a sales background and there are dealerships that you can tell only want your money and see worked hard to meet expectations and beyond. I come from a sales background and there are dealerships that you can tell only want your money and see dollar signs, and there are dealerships that create relationships and treat people with care having a high level of patience and understanding and everyone gets treated like they matter. Garff is definitely the latter of the two and has what it takes. Great job guys! More

My heated inquiry at 1100 PUSHED THROUGH ANALYSIS IN 2 Hrs, with the reply "YOUR Service Mgr Angie Heaps kept auto "in line" from Oct 27 to Nov 06. My heated inquiry at 1100 PUSHED THROUGH ANALYSIS IN 2 Hrs, with the reply "YOUR NEEDED CAR PART IS NO WHERE AVAILABLE; YOUR CAR IS NOT REPAIRABLE! Question"Never"? ....Ans: "NO". Upon pick up, Nov 07, I demanded the car part #: CLUSTER 203 540 16 48 80. Additionally. the Client Estimate (A Service of 2002, C320, plus detailing and repair [not done]) was estimated $685.00 shifted to $994.98. I am outraged at the negligence and cover-up. More
