One star is too many, buyer beware, steer clear and have nothing to do with this dealership. My daughter ended up tagging along with a friend who was trying to buy a car. She is a nieve 19 year old who wa nothing to do with this dealership. My daughter ended up tagging along with a friend who was trying to buy a car. She is a nieve 19 year old who was told by the salesman Ron Roy that it would help her friend out if she gave them some of her personal information. To make matters worse, they listed my daughter as the buyer and her friend as the cosigner. On top of that, they charged nearly $5,000 over the Kelly Blue Book maximum price for the car. Don't give these slimeballs any of your business, and protect yourself from their shady underhanded practices. More
Came in for ABS issue recall. Vehicle check revealed immediate need for replacement of worn radiator hoses, drive and timing belts. Received a prompt call with quote for service. Service was performed the next day with same day completion. Service tep was knowledgeable, thorough, professional, and friendly. The completed service cost was much less for labor than I had been quoted by my regular auto service provider! I would definitely recommend Rodeo Hyundai and plan on returning for my future auto service needs. Although I did not utilize it as I have a 2nd Hyundai vehicle, I appreciated the offer of transportation to my home when I dropped off the car! More
Replace battery which was under warrenty I needed a battery in my Elantra and Rego sent someone to pick up my car . The battery was installed and the car returned to my house. The only pressure I felt was the pressure I put on myself. Joe was fantastic - listened, suggested, made every effort to accommodate, first class salesman, person. Also need to give a shout out to his Sales Manager - without his cooperation the sale never would have been made. Had my choice of Hyundai dealerships to choose from. Glad I picked Rodeo. Regal was great to work with and no up sales. Waiting room was nice except for having to watch “The View” on their TV. The service center at this dealership is one of the main reasons I will either continue buying a Hyundai or continue dealing with this family of dealerships. They get you right in, they have a comfortable seating area with a TV and some free snacks, and they often get you out in the amount of time they tell you up front. Since buying my first Hyundai, I've been using them, first Earnhardt Hyundai and now Rodeo Hyundai, and I have yet to have a bad experience. If you wanted me to give one bad thing, the TV in the waiting area always has on some HGTV program like Property Brothers or something like that.......but that's such a small item and I usually bring my phone for entertainment anyways. More
