It was the easiest car buying experience I had. Brad was wonderful and didn't speak down to me, or speak only to my husband. He also followed up with us to make sure we were enjoying the car and that it had met our expectations, which I have never had a sales person call after the sale was made. Keith was very professional. He was very responsive relative to my initial online inquiry and he was not pushy. That is not Keith's style in his dealings with me and I appreciated it. This is why Keith and Hyundai received my business over some other salespeople and dealerships whom I did not respect or trust. The overall atmosphere between the sales associate and sales manager felt tense. The sales manager was difficult to work with. After writing a bad review of the company online, the sales manager called my place of employment and threatened to write a bad review of my employer unless I change my review. The sales manager accused me of being a liar and was generally not friendly. Moreover, I discovered Hyundais are not much cheaper than other cars while other cars are definitely better quality. More
We told them what we wanted to pay--and they beat it by $500. We felt that we were treated fairly, transparently, honestly and would like to repeat that same experience by buying our next car from Ken Garf $500. Shane was fantastic to work with. I wanted to surprise my wife with a new Elantra for Christmas and signed a lease on one but when I got it home she told me that she really wished I had gotten her a Sonat my wife with a new Elantra for Christmas and signed a lease on one but when I got it home she told me that she really wished I had gotten her a Sonata instead. I called Shane and he said, "Not a problem", and we switched it for the new Sonata. I've never been a fan of leases but the terms on the lease with Hyundai or so fantastic that I couldn't come up with an argument against it. I'm sure we'll just buy the car at the end of the lease because we love it so much. It's like getting a really nice luxury car at a economy car price. More

Jocelyn was very friendly and we really enjoyed working with her. To be honest, I do not like buying from dealerships and was hesistant to even go in. Once we arrived though she greeted us and was very personable. Once we had agreed on a price, the keys were ours and we were on our way with no hassle. We went to Ken Garff Hundai and were met by a smiling and energetic Jocelyn Berlage who had tremendous patience and either answered, or got an answer, to all our endless questions. We bought a Santa Fe at a very fair price, love it, and overall had a very good experience at Ken Garff. More
I contacted every Hyundai dealer in the state of Utah. I had to pull teeth to get a price from everyone except for Ed Cassity at Ken Garff Hyundai in Salt Lake. The very first email response included their very best price. There were no games and no gimmicks. I wasn't convinced until I actually went to the other two Hyundai dealers to verify the pricing. I went through all the hassels of car buying with everyone else just to see if I could get a better deal. Ed's pricing beat everyone. I wish I had saved my time and energy. The experience was great. After I picked out my new Sonata I saved money and I was back home within 1 hour. I was treated with total respect and courtesy. Ed was great!!!! I will buy every car from now on from Ken Garff. Honesty, Trust and Price!! Thats what matters to me and that is what I GOT!! Thanks Ed Cassity, and thanks Ken Garff Hyundai. I will be back.
