That is very disappointing to us, and through this program we have the opportunity to work with you to resolve any issues with your experience at their dealership. It sounds like both of us rushed through the process of signing paperwork and didn't spend enough time verifying that the figures were correct. We assumed that the $2000 down payment was correct and you assumed that the correct figure should have been $0.
