Ken Garff Hyundai Downtown

I originally went to the dealership for a Hyundai Sonata used 2005 for a low rate. By the tie I arrived (1 hr later) it had sold and I was very upset. Ed was very apologetic and profesional and stated he ha used 2005 for a low rate. By the tie I arrived (1 hr later) it had sold and I was very upset. Ed was very apologetic and profesional and stated he had other good deals and would I like to look at some other vehicles. This was at 5pm. We looked at a few and test drove some and nothing was within our budget. I had to stay at $200 per month (my roomie doesnt make alot of money). We found a nice Pontiac that was everything she wanted. so it came time to bargain and see if we could make the car work for us. I will say I am not an easy customer and demand alot for my money. We were there until almost closing time but by the time we left we had the payment we wanted and a warranty, several oil changes, and he was to fix the scratches and things on the rear trunk. I was very pleased with the overall experience and feel I was treated fairly and really appreciate that. I bought a key and had it programmed and Ed was to send me a check for the money. We had a very positive experience with everyone we spoke to at Ken Garff. We felt that we got a fair trade-in value as well. So far the service has been excellent. The only con was that when we financed the small amount left, we had to agree to not pay it off before 6 months and the interest was a little high. We solved that problem by waiting 2 months and then paying off the majority of the loan, leaving only about $500 to pay over the next months. More
