A few years ago I purchased a Dodge from Ken Garff Dodge. I had been looking at the Hyundais due to their ratings in Consumer Reports. I live in Wyoming and my Girlfriend lives in Las Vegas so we needed 2 I had been looking at the Hyundais due to their ratings in Consumer Reports. I live in Wyoming and my Girlfriend lives in Las Vegas so we needed 2 economy vehicles due to the amount of driving we do. We looked at 2 dealerships in Las Vegas during one of my trips there and when I was driving through SLC on my way back home, I stopped at Ken Garff Hyundai to see what they had. It was just before closing when I arrived. I met Kristen and she walked me through what they had. She explained the options and warranties as we walked around the lot. She took the time to answer all of the questions I had at that time. I explained that I would not be buying anything that night. Even with that knowledge, she took the time with me to go through all of the vehicles I wanted to look at even though it went well beyond closing time. I did not feel rushed or pushed. Over the next couple weeks, I called Kristen as questions arose and she was able to answer everyone of them. I had to go to SLC for my employment so I stopped by Ken Garff's again to look at a few more Hyundais Kristen told me they had. Two of the Hyundais on the lot met what I was looking for. That evening, I purchased a 2011 Elantra and a 2011 Sonata. Since I had driven down, I was not able to take delivery of either Hyundai that evening so Kristen made arrangements for the vehicles to be stored until I could pick them up. The next weekend, I was on my way to Las Vegas so I picked up one of the Hyundais and drove it to Las Vegas and on the way back the next week, picked up the other one. Later, I found a problem with the paperwork. I called Kristen and she quickly had everything taken care of to my satisfaction. She has been fantastic in after the sale service to ensure we have been happy with our purchase. She is a credit to car salepeople everywhere. She took the time to allow me to feel comfortable, was not pushy or impatient if I wanted to take a little longer checking something out. I would recommend Kristen to anyone considering purchasing a Hyundai. I could have purchased the Hyundais at either one of the dealerships in Las Vegas but Kristen's professionalism was key in deciding to purchase them at Ken Garff instead. More
Ed was very nice and rea lly a great man . I will go back to him or Winston when I buy another car , I will also recomend my friends to go see Ed Cassity, which I have done. My wife really loves her 2011 Sonata, And I like my 1986 VW Jetta that I bought From Winston & Ed. My son Casey Shupe also bought a new Elantra Blue, That I wished He would went through Ed Cassity, I know he would have got a way Better deal W/his 8.000 dollars down. And he would'nt have had that pushie saleslady, That got him in a car he was'nt too thrilled about . That is the good thing about Ed He his great and not pushie. To top it off. No clowns lurking on the front steps waiting for us to drive in so they can pounce on us. Salesman very cordial and knowledgeable; location did not have the exact car that I wanted but he found it in Ida drive in so they can pounce on us. When I wanted to leave and think about it, there was no hassle, pressure or belittling before I left the dealership. When I returned a few days later ready to buy the car, we had a respectful discussion on the price. Both Keith and the sales manager were open, friendly and engaged in helping me get the price that I was willing to pay. The car was delivered when they said it would be and it was exactly what they represented it to be - no surprises or excuses. Keith was very knowledgeable of the systems and how they operated best, and he took the time to go through them with me until I was comfortable and satisfied (even though he was busy). I went to three Hyundai dealerships that are closer to my home and work location before going to Ken Garff to shop and test drive the new cars, and I walked away from all three of them not anxious to go back. The experience was very different with Keith Blomsness and the team at Ken Garff Hyundai and I look forward to working them again in the future. More
Only disappointment was when we did the financing the numbers were different than what we thought when dealing with the salesman. I would like to have seen the actual price of the car vice the monthly p numbers were different than what we thought when dealing with the salesman. I'v had nothing but a good experiance with Keith Bloomsness at Ken Garff. Iasked for mag wheels on my car , and that was not a problem, but I had to wait about a week toget them. I originally went in to test drive a Mitsubishi Evo however when i decided it wasnt the family friendly car that i needed kristen helped me find the car that would better fit my needs. She told me all about the fuel economy of the Huyndai selection and after i test drove a few i decided that the Sonata was a great choice for me. Expecially after she showed me the safety reviews. Afterwards she was very helpful when she called to make sure everything was going great with the car and see how i liked it. My credit was not in the best shape but she and Sam worked to get my credit started with a Bank that could help me rebuild. I really appriciate all of the work they did for me and have told everyone about how Awsome my ne 2011 huyndai sonata is.. THank you Shea MOntiel More

I first talked to Scott on the phone. When I got to Ken Garff Hyundai, 180 miles away, Scott was tied up with another customer. He had Kristen help me. I have walked away from sales people who get pushy. She made the experience very nice. I was the quickest new car purchase I have ever had. Everyone else involved behind the scenes were very pleasant. If Ken Garff doesn't keep Kristen employed for them, I'm sure she will do very well selling a competitor's cars. More
