Have had problems with my car from day one. Was told I could not return vehicle even though it was within 3 days of purchase. Was told they checked timing belt, timing belt went out on freeway. Paid for repairs, promised 12,000 mile, one year warantee on work. Now they will only give me 6,000 miles 6 month warantee if I keep silent and do not inform people of their dishonesty. They are refusing to fix my car, and are telling me to come pick up my car even though I have paid for a repair. All I want is my car fixed and guaranteed on the work performed or for them to buy back the vehicle. They refuse to do either. I am not being unreasonable. More

I appreciated the understanding and patience from the entire dealership while I went through my own procedure to come to a final decision, which helped sway my car-buying decision. After realizing my SECOND car purchased from ken garff needed a timing belt replacement, literally before I got home on the night of my purchase. Of course I wanted it fixed, I had to call corporate to even get Sam to call me back. I left about 10-15 messages and never did Sam return one call. Then the weasel told me I "deserved to lose everything I owned" and told me to "never come back". If you buy a car here you better be okay with them dumping a xxxxx. on you or you will be treated like trash. No professionalism whatsoever. Even after he admitted they were to blame I had to pay half of the repair. Was charged $100 an hour for repair. No honesty. No accountability. Run all over the little guy. More
