I greatly enjoyed my experience while looking/buying a used(new to me) car. They were very willing to work with us even though we showed up with 5 mins to spare before closing time to take a car for a spi used(new to me) car. Our sales consultant was a very fun and energetic guy and I was greatly impressed with the fact that when he didn't know something, he was honest about it and said, "Let me go find out for you." To me that is a crucial part for me to see as a customer. I like it when people are up front and honest with me, don't give me the ring around about anything, and actually go and hunt down the answers to my inquiries. My wife and I have walked away happy with our experience and believe that we couldn't have found a better deal on the criteria of what we were looking for. More

This salesman has no idea about what he is selling or how to sell a car. He has a hard time telling the truth and keeping the facts straight. He attempted to deceive my wife and I about costs that where bein to sell a car. He has a hard time telling the truth and keeping the facts straight. He attempted to deceive my wife and I about costs that where being hidden in the sale price of the car and he also lied about the amount of the discounts being offered. After asking him numerous questions about the aspects of the deal I was trying to make he gets agitated and I feel his behavior is unacceptable for someone in the sales business. In the 35 years I have been buying cars.... yesterdays experience was the worst I’ve ever had. More
Andy made this deal. I have never found a car "sales consultant" who I felt I could trust until I met Andy. It was a hard decision for me to buy a new car; I loved my truck and it has been very good to consultant" who I felt I could trust until I met Andy. It was a hard decision for me to buy a new car; I loved my truck and it has been very good to me (I have only driven Rangers as "my car" for over 25 years now-my wife had the cars), the first and only other time I bought a new vehicle was a car that my wife died in and it has been something I have not been able to do till now, I had viewed many other cars already and I was no where close to picking one out of the many competitors, and then I was shown how a salesman can represent both his employer and the customer by being very honest at every point. I have to add that the rest of the staff were in their own way equally helpful and supportive. I don't know who my brother dealt with but he had as bad an experience at this dealership as I had a good one. He tried to buy a car here and was so irritated that he and his wife walked away. No dealership is perfect and I know that I might not have had the experience I had if it had not been for Mr. Crapo; I most likely would have still been looking for a car as I had not planned on buying one until the first of the month. I had a problem with my car less than three months after purchasing it from the dealership. I tried to see if there was a way to negotiate a way for the dealership to pay a part of it because I had just pu purchasing it from the dealership. I first talked with the sales agent I had purchased the car from, and he told me they probably couldn't do anything about it. But I brought it in and talked with one of the service people, and he said they may be able to cover $100 and would talk with sales. He called me back later and said they could cover $100 of the $500 of work needed. I felt that wasn't very much, so I called sales and sales told me to talk with the agent I had bought the car from. I told sales I had and he wasn't helpful, and I wanted to speak with a manger. I then talked with a manager, who said he would look into and call me back. Later the person in service called me to say the manager had said they would now cover $250 (the cost of parts. I would pay for labor, another $250). That was more than labor was at another place, so I called the manager back and asked if I could just take the parts and fix it somewhere else. He said that was fine, and I should call up sales. In the end I was fine paying part, though I am still frustrated the car had problems after I had owned it less than three months. What made me the most upset was no one person in the dealership could help me. The only person who was helpful was in the service department, which isn't even part of the dealership. The manager and the person I had bought the car from wouldn't help me or deal with me directly. I would never purchase a car here again based on this interaction. More

The reason why i gave Andy a great review is because he was very friendly and knowledgable. He ansewred all of our questions. He didnt presure us on buying the car. Everyone was friendly and never pushy. Andy never pushed me into buying a car and allowed me to visit multiple times to test drive the Veloster I was considering. They didn't have the one I wanted on the lo me into buying a car and allowed me to visit multiple times to test drive the Veloster I was considering. They didn't have the one I wanted on the lot, but Andy helped me find my perfect Veloster which arrived in 2 weeks time. I was most impressed that he was able to get it at the monthly payment *I* wanted. More
