This was the 3rd car my family had purchased from this dealer. I purchased a Hyundai because of the reputation of the cars. I received Costco pricing which I was happy with. I was very pleased with all areas of the new car transaction. The customer services was informative, attentive and not pressured at all. We went to two other dealerships the same day and experienced some odd and pressured tactics. This dealership was a fresh breeze. We have purchased one other car here less than a year ago and it was the same very positive interaction, listening, and great pricing. The price was better than another dealership, there was no protracted wait and stew tactics, no brow beating, just postive interaction. Always a good experience. More

Andy was great! He helped us after hours on two different occasions. My husband and I are super busy so when we had time to go look at cars it was usually later on the weekend. Andy stayed both times way pas occasions. My husband and I are super busy so when we had time to go look at cars it was usually later on the weekend. Andy stayed both times way past closing to help us with our car needs and answer any questions that we had. The night we bought the car was even the big Utah VS BYU football game and he didn't even act annoyed that he was missing the game! Everyone was so nice at the dealership. I was looking for a specific model and was contacted by Rob Mayfield at Ken Garff Hyundai. At the time they did not have the car I was looking for, but within a week or so I noticed a very close match in Rob Mayfield at Ken Garff Hyundai. At the time they did not have the car I was looking for, but within a week or so I noticed a very close match in their online inventory. I contacted Rob and he took my deposit. I applaud the removal of that car from their online inventory while I waited, that action increased my trust in the dealership and I never felt pressured or worried about not getting the car. It took another 10 days for the car to arrive at the dealership. Rob called and let me know when the car would be ready and when to come in to the dealership and complete the paperwork. The day I picked up the car, Rob was very easy-going, no-hassle, and went the extra-mile to ensure all of the features of the car were ready before I left. I got the car I wanted and was very happy with my experience and would recommend both Ken Garff Hyundai and Rob Mayfield to prospective Hyundai owners. More

We had gone to other stores for this particular car and they were unable to give us a clear answer on when they could find us the car. Rob got right on it and found us one in CA that he had shipped to Salt Lake in two days! We are still getting messages from the other dealership saying they have not yet had any luck finding one! We appreciated the prompt and friendly service that we had at your place. We look forward to doing service there and letting our friends and family know how impressed we were. Called me back quickly and sought to help me with the promotional pricing for Labor Day. Jordan was also helping another buyer at the same time as he was helping me: yet he still did a very good job in promotional pricing for Labor Day. Provided good service with pulling a vehicle to the front of the lot for me to look at before I arrived at the dealership. Was even willing to let me call other dealerships on the phone or view and compare other cars on the web. Broke down my pricing and financing options very well. I even had the financing manager call the financial institution to save me another point of interest. Jordan and the team members were all did a great job at getting me a good price: without being high pressure. More

Brad is the best salesman that we have ever worked with. He is very knowledgeable about all of the vehicles that he showed us and cared about what we wanted and LISTENED to us!! We got to the dealership about 6pm but he wasn't worried about the time or making us hurry on our choice. He worked with the gentlemen in the finance department to get us the best deal that was possible. Brad spent time with us on Friday night and showed us all of the great things that the Sonata did, helped put our cell phones in and showed us how to do all that we needed to know. Brad is great in everything that is needed to be a great salesman and we thank him for that!! Love the car, always had a Chevy and changed the first time with the Kia. Let me look around at a few cars and answered any questions I had. I came into the dealership with a lot of negative equity on my current vehicle/loan, so I had some specific financial needs. I could not believe how amazing they were at working with me. They took $1000 off the sticker price of the new car, and gave me $2000 more for my trade-in that any other dealer would even consider!! It all worked out beautifully for me, as I was able to get into a car that is currently AVERAGING OVER 40 mpg and I am now also saving around $60/month on my car payment. The ease and friendliness of how Rob and Co. went about hooking me up like this was like nothing I've ever seen/experienced before. Shane, the finance manager, was able to get me a better interest rate that I was pre-approved for at my local CU. He was awesome. From the time I parked, it was not more than an hour until I was driving off the lot in my new Hyundai Accent! I could not have had a better experience. Everything about that dealership and the people I dealt with was top notch. I have already recommended this place to all my friends and I will certainly be returning when its time to get something new! The only (and minimal) complaint I have is that many members of the staff, who were not helping in my deal, were goofing off and having a good time around a desk and being very loud. The dealership was not busy, as I think I was the only customer at the time. Its great to have fun at work, but when customers are present, they may want to control themselves and be a tad bit more professional. More
