I called on a Saturday evening and made an appointment to view the car I was interested in. When I arrived Andy had the vehicle ready for me. Before I even left my house I was pretty sure that this was the vehicle for me -- I still had absolutely not pushiness to purchase the vehicle. Even the extended warranty, which I did choose to add on to the purchase, was only offered but not pushed. In fact, I initially said I was not interested and Andy did not pursue it any further until I decided that I did want it. There was a couple in front of me that needed to go through the financial process, and Andy was a great host sitting with me, chatting about this and that until it was my time to go in and complete the purchase. I was in and out after trading in my car, financing my new car, and clearing out the gear from my car (which I did not think I would trade in so I did not clean out before hand). Jordan was genuinely interested in what I wanted. I did not feel pressured in any way. He made sure my questions were answered and if he did not know the answer, he quickly got it for me. At no time did I feel like he was more busy making a sale than providing outstanding customer service. I came in on a Friday evening during a heavy snowstorm and he had the car pulled up to the front of the dealership ready for me to test drive when I arrived. He did not act like the weather was bothering him at all as he showed me the exterior features of the car and checked a couple of things on it for me. He carefully walked around the car to help me inspect it as if it was just another sunny day. I live 25 miles from the dealership and had no way to get the new car and my other vehicle home so he arranged to personally deliver it to me that night. My experience with the finance department was great. They made sure I had thorough information about Garff's guarantee.
