I was looking for a good used SUV. I started noticing the Santa Fe, even though I had not considered buying one. But because of Hyundai's reputation, I decided to check one out. We went to Ken Garff's because of a good friend's recommendation. We met Jordan Sorensen and were impressed with this young man. He showed us the cars available, gave us a comparison of the Sante Fe to the car we had been considering, didn't overload us with too much information, and gave us a couple of days to think about our purchase. He was polite and respectful in every way. He helped us get the paperwork done in a timely fashion. We have nothing but positive feelings about our visit and purchase at the Ken Garff dealership. They were quick to assist me with questions and explain models available and features thereof, and helped guide me to a vehicle best suited towards my budget and needs. Though I did end up having to have the vehicle serviced shortly after purchasing, it was efficiently repaired and has been working excellent since. I'm very happy with my new Hyundai, and if I find myself in the market for a vehicle again I will definitely consider both Hyundai as a brand and Ken Garff as a dealer. More

When there was a question it wasn't back and forth, I was brought up to the desk with the finance manager where we talked frankly about my options. Due to the holiday, it was not delivered to our home (4 hours from the dealership), but Kyle arranged to have the car delivered to a half way point. It was the smoothest car purchase possible. We had a great time buying our new tucson. Brad was so friendly and by the time we left we felt as if we had been friends of his for years.
