He shared with us practical tips and knowledge based on his own experience with his new Sonata, as well as being genuinely interested in making our experience positive and the best it could have been. He wasn't pushy at all - like other salesmen we've experienced - but listened to our thoughts, gave us helpful pointers and let things go if it was clear we weren't interested in something. The same was true for Chris, who delivered our car. More than salesmen at the dealership, I usually dread the guy that takes you in his office to sign all the papers... because usually this is a front for upselling a lot of aftermarket items or special maintenance deals. And again we were pleasantly surprised: he gave us practical advice with sound logic as its backing, but otherwise was not pushy. We were looking for a used car and visited Ken Garff Hyundai as they had a Honda Accord we were interested in. We took it for a test drive and looked at a couple of other cars and our salesman, Jordan Hyundai as they had a Honda Accord we were interested in. We took it for a test drive and looked at a couple of other cars and our salesman, Jordan Sorensen, suggested we may want to look at a new Hyundia as for the price range we were in we could get a new Hyundai. We took his suggestion and looked at a few more cars and finally decided on the Sonata. This process took the whole afternoon and Jordan did not pressure, was very helpful in explaining the incentives, options, features and other information that helped us make a decision. He was great to work with and got us the best price. When it was time to purchase, we got to visit with Ron Hammer for financing as we choose to use the Hyundai financing option for even more value. Rob was also great. Needless to say, we had a very great experience buying a new car from Jordan, Rob and Ken Garff Hyundai even though that is not the primary reason we went to the dealership. The whole experience turned out to be the best car buying experience we have had so far. They truly do live up to their advertisements about "listening" to the customer! More
